Safari Itinerary

Our driver will pick you up from your hotel / Airport in the morning around 0700am ((time can change with flight arrival)) after you have taken your breakfast, there after depart Nairobi and drive down the escarpment via the floor of the Great Rift Valley, you will have a stop over at the Rift Valley View point, this is one of the spectacular point where you will be explained how the great rift valley was formed, you will also have a chance to visit the washrooms as well as you stretch your feet, there after proceed for the next 2 hours to arrive in Narok Town, this Town is famous for the Masai People who are the original inhabitant of this town before other tribes came in for the interest of business.

You will have your lunch in Transit Hotel or similar. After lunch proceed on to Mara arriving early afternoon, on arrival check in the Room, after familiarizing yourself with the facility leave for the late afternoon game drive which will take you until 1830hrs, return to the Camp for the Main Meals. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Olmoran Camp or similar Camp

Days 2: Masai Mara Full Day

The whole day explore the parks amazingly high concentration of game. This game reserve is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round.The Mara’s gentle fertile climate bounded by The Rift, offers perhaps the richest stocked reserve set within some 1672 sq km – an unlimited spectacle of wildlife.

Located 268 km west of Nairobi, the emphasis here is on game. Herds of immense Elephants, browse among Lion, Buffalo, Thompson Gazelle, Zebra and Topi. You may occasionally sight a Rhino or Leopard. In the Mara River Hippos play and Cross bask on the banks. The annual migration of a million Wildebeest follows the rains north.After exploring the park return to the Mara Olmoran Camp or similar Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru

wake up call at 0600am, have just a cup of hot coffee, then proceed on to the early morning game drive, this morning game drive is very important as it will bring you the morning kills from the big five, the game drive will take you until 0930am, then return to the Hotel for main breakfast, there after check out the Lodge, on this day before you head to Lake Nakuru you have an opportunity to visit the Masai Village and get entertained by their culture and dances, this is optional but our driver can organize this for you, there after proceed to Lake Nakuru with a stop over in Narok for lunch after lunch proceed on to Lake Nakuru arriving late afternoon, if time allowing you will have late afternoon game drive and then head to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Samburu

On this day you will have your breakfast as from 0700-0800am, then check out the room as you proceed for the game drive, Lake Nakuru National Park, where you will have a chance to visit a unique sanctuary catering for a sizable number of the endangered noncancerous and the Rothschild giraffe. Water bucks as well as the predators such as the lion and leopard are common at the park. Also to be seen is a myriad different variety of bird life in and around the lake.

Flamingo’s are also plenty at the lake.After extensive Game drive and exploring the park leave and head to Samburu, you will have your lunch in Thompson Falls, then proceed to Samburu Arriving late in the afternoon. On arrival check in to the Samburu Ashnil Camp, there after go for the game drive if time allowing until 1830hrs. Then return for Dinner and over night in Samburu Ashnil Camp

Day 5: Full Day Samburu Game Reserve

The whole day will be spent exploring this amazing game reserve, it gives you the refreshment of your mind as the park is not populated and not many people visits here, we have concentration of the elephants as well as Leopards and especially along the river. The whole day will be spent exploring the park for the whole day game drive. Dinner and overnight in Samburu Ashnil Camp

Day 6: Samburu – Nairobi

Wake up call at 0600am, then proceed for the early morning game drive, this gives you a chance to spot the early morning Kills from the big five, after the gem drive return to the camp for the main breakfast, there after leave and head back to Nairobi with a stop over in Nanyuki for lunch. Arrive Nairobi late afternoon with a drop off to the hotel or to the airport.
