Serengeti National Park is located in the Mara and Simiyu regions in Tanzania. It is known for the annual wildbeest migration to and fro the bordering Masaai Mara game reserve, Kenya, for the puposes of mating and and pursuit of greener pastures. Wildlife species in the park include; Lions, African Leopards, African bush Elephants, Buffaloes, Rhinos and Masaai Giraffe amongst many others. It is also a host for a variety of birdlife like the Masaai Ostrich, Secretary bird, Marabou stock amongst many other species making it a perfect tour destination.
